Two hardware configurations are available
.
1. Data Recorder and low cost CCD hand held gun.
2. Data Recorder with bult in laser. Has the
advantage of one hand operation and a better laser gun.
Data Recorders are preprogrammed to perform Counting,
Shipping, Receiving and Moving operations. They will accept
quantitys and locations for each item. This information is
later uploaded to a PC which is running the Ez-Counts
software. Uploads typically take 15 - 30 seconds using a
USB connection. Serial and Keyboard wedge interfaces are
also available. Each unit has 256 K memory enough to store
25,000 10 digit partnumbers before requiring an upload.
